01 General Provisions

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual or group.
• Money laundering or introducing illegally obtained funds into the platform.
• Harassing other users or attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage and failing to report them to Cabaji.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account in question will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. The matter will be reported to law enforcement if necessary.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Cabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documentation.
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally 12 months or more).
• In the case of a Self-Exclusion request.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be made available for withdrawal.

09 Responsible Gaming
